ActClassy is a small, independent site — there’s no support desk or ticketing system behind it, just this inbox, checked personally. There’s no fixed reply time, but every message gets read; mentioning the exact page or tool you mean (for example, the Dress Code Analyzer or the Thank-You Note Timing Guide) helps us find and fix the right thing faster.
What’s useful to include
- Tool feedback: name the tool and describe what looked wrong, or what result you expected instead.
- Content corrections:link to the page and note what’s incorrect or out of date.
- General questions: a look through the tools and blog may already answer it, but ask anyway if not.
What we can’t help with
This isn’t a personalized etiquette advice line. The tools and guides give general, estimate-based guidance, not a specific answer for your wedding, your boss, or your particular guest list — for a situation with real stakes, it’s worth asking someone who knows the people and setting involved.
